The free market forces energy-intensive industrial enterprises to continuously compete. A possible competitive advantage for such is reducing the finished products cost. This may be achieved by share of energy in this cost, including rationalizing use resources. study develops a system automated analysis and calculation feasible boiler unit loads, defined according criterion minimum cost live steam separate plant pipeline. calculations consider balance limit on steam, unit’s wear tear, performance specifications, economic indicators fuel consumption calculation. software also defines optimal mix composition when forecasting operating modes power units real-time mode. algorithm based dynamic programming technique combined with sequential equivalenting method, which ensures convergence calculations. When model developed, much attention paid thermal scheme technical specifications units.
